How We Rise
Hi, I’m Catie—the founder, baker, and dreamer behind The Wild Rise Bagel Co.
Every bagel I make is slow-fermented with wild sourdough culture, shaped by hand, and baked fresh in Central Pennsylvania. There’s no commercial yeast here—just time, care, and a little natural magic.
With a background in environmental studies and a deep love for community, I started this business as a way to rise on my own terms. The Wild Rise is about more than food—it’s about honoring people, the planet, and the power of making something with love.
